If you need something to cool you off on a hot summer day, this blueberry smoothie will do just that. Enjoy!
Serves 1 (of course you can double it to share)
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
1 Cup Coconut milk (you can use any other milk of choice) If you want a more coconut taste use coconut milk)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend well and serve! Its that easy.
