The Perfect Breakfast Sandwich
Have you ever cooked something so perfect that you literally didn't want to eat? Yeah that happened. However I did want to eat it kind of quick because I was starving (preggo problems). Although this is probably the most simple breakfast sandwich you will ever make, its so yummy and perfectly tasty. I believe this sandwich took a mere 6 minutes to cook... HOW EASY RIGHT?
Lets Make it!
- 2 pieces of multi-grain wheat bread
- 2 cage free organic brown eggs
- 1 cup of spinach
- shredded Colby Jack cheese (to your liking)
Toast your bread, scramble your eggs with spinach. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add cheese and let sit until melted and make your sandwich.
**I like to add a little hot sauce**
