Simple Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp and corn

honestly although I love to cook i get to a point sometimes where I have no idea what to make. I always ask my husband "what should we eat" and sometimes we are both not sure. In those times I always go towards making something simple and of course this happens to be my hubby's favorite.
Cooking something like Chicken Alfredo can be easy to gravitate towards the traditional meal itself..... Personally tradition is cool but I like to add a little character to a traditional dish.
Recipe - Serves 6
- 1 LB Rigatoni noodles
- 1 Jar of Alfredo Sauce
- 1 can of corn
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 LB of shrimp
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- dried basil, parsley to taste
Cook your noodles al dente add all your seasonings to pasta. Saute your chicken and shrimp and add to pasta along with the alfredo sauce. Add corn last, stir and serve. Chicken Alfredo should be nice and creamy.
